These resources and webinars are fantastic for ND minds who have an interest in the topics I use e.g. zombies, dungeons & dragons etc. The fun story narrative and use of reflective exercises keeps the exercises engaging.
The availability of them on-demand means you can
access in your own time,
take breaks when you need and
you don’t have to interact with others.
I continually try to ensure i am learning and expanding my knowledge in how to work best with people. The more I learn, the more I realise there still is to know! Some of the guided practices might be more challenging if you don’t have a general interest in the theme. I’m working on making snappier versions of these to expand the utility of these across the ND community.

I rate my products as 16A, meaning teenagers can access the content if a parent or guardian makes the purchase and confirms it’s suitable for them.
Some themes and metaphors may resonate with teens, and the psychological approaches I draw from (e.g. compassion focused therapy, acceptance commitment therapy) are used to support adolescents and children, but in the land of modern day transparency and legality I need to flag that the material is not specifically adapted for young people.
Shadowed Path Psychology is designed generally with adults in mind, as this is where my background and experience is.
Materials also contain themes of horror etc which may not be suitable for all.
Parents/guardians should review the content and decide whether it fits their young person’s needs and maturity.
